We can help you out with land transportation, too. Let us coordinate your cargo's arrival
to our California Terminal with premium trucking services at reasonable rates. We can pick up
shipments from anywhere in the continental United States and areas of Canada.
If your freight is coming from a supplier, we can work with them to expedite the process.
We'll even pick up your shipment the same day it is available.
HOW DOES THE FREIGHT PROCESS WORK? Read more about our specific Terminals:
Hawaii Terminals
We sail direct to all major Hawaiian Ports (Oahu, Maui, Kona, Hilo, and Kauai) 2 times per week
from the Port of Los Angeles. Our 5 to 6 day transit to Oahu is comparable to deferred air, but
at a much lower rate! We also provide weekly service from Hawaii to the continental U.S.
We're the only carrier in the market with complete ownership interest in our Hawaii terminal
operations. This allows us to dedicate our attention to customers, not outside agencies.
Guam Terminal
Twice per week, we sail to Guam. Need your stuff shipped to a neighboring island? No problem!
We can arrange for transshipments as needed. Starting from the Port of Los Angeles,
the transit time to Guam is 14 to 17 days (depending on vessel scheduling dates).
Our Guam Terminal is a Container Freight Station (CFS), allowing expedited customs clearance.
For your convenience, we prepare all required documents for customs clearance and tax.
All you need to provide is a commercial invoice showing the value of the goods being shipped.
Terminal gates are locked and monitored 24 hours a day.
Interior surveillance cameras throughout the warehouse ensure the safety of your shipment.
Los Angeles Headquarters - Santa Fe Springs, CA Terminal
At our Headquarters, we do it all! Choose from a variety of services, like: warehousing, long-term
consolidations, special handling, sorting and segregating, hazardous materials, and additional
packaging. Our Terminal warehouse management and staff are knowledgeable and skilled –
many have over 20 years of experience in the industry. Security is advanced, with 16
high definition cameras watching the Terminal's interior and exterior. The cameras are
constantly monitored by management and are available for customers to view as well.
Recordings are saved for 90 days should footage need to be reviewed.
